At both the Lower School and Upper School on Friday, June 14th. $15 for Adults and $12 for Kids. Will be available the day of also.
VOLUNTEER SIGN UP:
Parent volunteers are needed in 2-hour shifts (can move from station to station). Please sign up here to volunteer at any station, plus set-up and clean-up. Slots still available in the following stations:
Set-up 9:30AM/Clean-up 4:30PM
Food Stations 11AM/1PM/3PM
Slime Sales 11AM
Sand Art 11AM/1PM/3PM
All Star Basketball 11AM/1PM/3PM
Popcorn/Cotton Candy 11AM/1PM/3PM
BOOK SALES DONATION:
Book donations can be dropped off at both locations until Friday, June 14th. Look for drop off bins in main lobby or office. (new, slightly used, good condition)
DONATIONS by GRADES:
Food and drink donation requests by grade were sent to class parents, please inquire if you have not received a notice. All donations can be dropped off prior to Saturday and left with Ms. Bermudez in the main office at the Upper School only. *Fresh baked goods will be accepted the day of Spring Fling.
Juice pouches - Pre-k/7th grade
Water ( 8 oz/16.9 oz) - K/6th grade
Bags of individual chips/fruit snacks - 5th grade
Plates (no Styrofoam)/Forks - 3rd grade
Cookies/Dessert - 4th grade
