TC Support

We are very excited to have TC students join the team at TCCS! Stay tuned for our TC student feature to see our amazing team who are teaching and assisting with lunch, recess, classes, and the office at TCCS. 

For the 2024-2025 school year, Teachers College is providing the following services at TCCS:

• Music, Grades PreK-8
• Spanish, Grades 4-7
• NY Philharmonic Schools program, 3rd grade and 4th grade; plus 5th grade afterschool (in the Spring)
• Creative Tech, Grades 3-4
• Art, Grades K-2
• Literacy Interventionists, Grades 1-5
• Math Interventionists, Grades 6-8
• Philosophy, Grades 5 and 8
• Strings, Grades 4-8 (afterschool)
• Musical Theatre, Grades 4-8 (afterschool)
• Robotics, Grades 5-8 (afterschool)
• Administrative support at both schools

 

Teachers College 2024-2025 Afterschool String Instruction

Teachers College will be offering afterschool string instruction for grades 4-8. Sessions are on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from 2:45-4:30. All sessions will be held onsite, in person, at the TCCS Upper School. This year, strings can accommodate 15 students. Participation is free and will begin on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, and run through Wednesday, June 4th, 2025.  

 

Teachers College 2024-2025 Afterschool Musical Theatre

Teachers College will be offering afterschool musical theatre for grades 4-8. Sessions are on Mondays and Thursdays, from 2:45-4:30. All sessions will be held onsite, in person, at the TCCS Upper School. This year, musical theatre can accommodate 15 students. Participation is free and will begin on Monday, September 16, 2024, and run through Monday, June 2nd, 2025.

 

Teachers College 2024-2025 Afterschool Robotics Club

Teachers College will be offering a Robotics Club for grades 5-8. Sessions are on Mondays and Thursdays, from 2:45-4:30. All sessions will be held onsite, in person, at the TCCS Upper School. This club can accommodate 15 students. Participation is free and will begin on Monday, September 16th, 2024, and run through Thursday, May 1st, 2025.
